For the past 13 years he has been involved in building strong cities by providing cost-effective property management, facility and infrastructure management as well as sustainable financial operations and housing solutions.

Kevin Seawright was previously the Newark Community Economic Development Corporation’s CFO and executive vice president. He also served as executive director of operations for Collington Episcopal Life Care Community in Prince Georges, Maryland.

Plus he spent 2 years as vice president of operations for Tito Contractors in metropolitan Washington D.C. Seawright also spent over 5 years as Baltimore City government’s VP and Deputy Chief Operating Officer.
